Developing and producing original and high-quality fresh, frozen and UHT-treated dairy, fruit and dessert products is the mission of Boermarke Desserts, established in 1987 and located in the city of Enschede. For almost 30 years, the company has inspired retailers, (in-flight) caterers, food service companies and private label customers with original and delicious product concepts that anticipate consumer trends.
Combining traditional craftsmanship with flexible and high-tech manufacturing processes, in-house packaging facilities and its own R&D center, Boermarke is able to quickly turn ideas into new products.
Boermarke produces a wide range of products, including varieties of ice cream, ice cream and frozen yogurt mixtures, custard, yoghurt, mousse, porridge, cottage cheese and fruit products, many with their roots in grandmother‘s recipes. The products are available in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the UK and Poland via distributors and prime retail outlets.
