Puur Veltman was founded by Marc Veltman. Marc started as a chef in top where he developed his passion for fresh and pure ingredients. With his knowledge of how pure products should taste, Marc Veltman started working in the food industry. Marc’s passion is for honest and pure food; simplicity of flavor and the art of leaving out unnecessary ingredients (confusion of flavors) are a must in his eyes.

Marc Veltman has engrossed himself in the product-specific details and requirements of Clean Label and cleaning up recipes. Marc knows which alternative ingredients are being developed and available in the market and how they can be applied feasibly in existing recipes. Puur Veltman can draw on a unique combination of acquired knowledge and experience and the passion for the purity of food on the road to innovation tools, such as food design, creativity sessions, (interim) innovation management or coaching in any of these fields.
