The idea for the Snex® came to Scelta Mushrooms at VVV-Venlo, the local football club in Venlo, the Netherlands. After matches, ‘bitterballen’ (miniature meat croquettes) and other indeterminable snacks were regularly served. This resulted in the creation of Snex®: a range snacks made from the best quality vegetables. Suitable for preparation in both oven and deep fryer.
100% meat-free, with clearly identifiable ingredients and no added artificial colorings or flavorings. You see what you eat and you taste what you see! Furthermore, 1 portion (5 Snex, 100 grams) provides 25% of the recommended daily intake of vegetables. Available in 5 mouthwatering varieties: mushroom, mushroom with broccoli, mushroom and spinach, sauerkraut and ratatouille.
